Three red faces stare back from the reflection of the pool. The young boys had been searching for a way to soothe their skin from the heat all day. Unsupervised and penniless, there wasn’t much else to do but spray each other with a water hose. This all felt quite cruel when the resort down the road could quite easily accommodate three more. It didn’t take much for them to slip through the gates; once they wriggled through, they entered their version of paradise (which included unlimited chips and fat, burnt British people).
